Tout au long de son parcours universitaire, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9e pour ses recherches et ses r\u00e9sultats scolaires par plusieurs prix et bourses, notamment la bourse d&#8217;\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures Frederick Banting et Charles Best des Instituts de recherche en sant\u00e9 du Canada. Elle a contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 de nombreuses publications \u00e9valu\u00e9es par des pairs et a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses travaux lors de conf\u00e9rences nationales et internationales.\n<h2>Exp\u00e9rience ant\u00e9rieure<\/h2>\nAnnabelle a compl\u00e9t\u00e9 son internat pr\u00e9doctoral au Centre universitaire de sant\u00e9 McGill (CUSM), o\u00f9 elle a offert des services de psychoth\u00e9rapie individuelle et de groupe au sein du Programme des troubles de l\u2019humeur et de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que du Service de psychologie en chirurgie bariatrique. Dans ce cadre, elle a travaill\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s d\u2019adultes pr\u00e9sentant une grande diversit\u00e9 de probl\u00e9matiques, notamment des troubles li\u00e9s aux traumatismes, des troubles de l\u2019humeur et de l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, des troubles de la personnalit\u00e9, des troubles obsessionnels compulsifs ainsi que des troubles du comportement alimentaire. Elle a \u00e9galement accompagn\u00e9 des personnes ayant recours \u00e0 la chirurgie bariatrique m\u00e9tabolique dans leur adaptation pr\u00e9 et postop\u00e9ratoire. Annabelle a aussi compl\u00e9t\u00e9 un stage en psychoth\u00e9rapie au Centre de services psychologiques de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al (UQAM).\n<h2>Travail actuelle<\/h2>\nAnnabelle est actuellement th\u00e9rapeute \u00e9tudiante senior inscrite \u00e0 l\u2019Ordre des psychologues du Qu\u00e9bec (OPQ) et exerce sous la supervision de psychologues d\u00fbment autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 Elevate Clinique de Psychoth\u00e9rapie et Mieux-\u00catre. Ses int\u00e9r\u00eats cliniques incluent les troubles li\u00e9s aux traumatismes, les troubles anxieux, de l\u2019humeur, du comportement alimentaire, obsessionnels compulsifs et de la personnalit\u00e9, ainsi que l\u2019accompagnement de personnes vivant des difficult\u00e9s interpersonnelles, une faible estime de soi, une dysr\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle, des transitions de vie difficiles et du perfectionnisme. Elle adopte une approche int\u00e9grative, s\u2019appuyant sur des modalit\u00e9s fond\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es probantes telles que la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), la th\u00e9rapie d\u2019acceptation et d\u2019engagement (ACT), la th\u00e9rapie centr\u00e9e sur la compassion (CFT), la th\u00e9rapie comportementale dialectique (TCD) et la th\u00e9rapie bas\u00e9e sur la mentalisation (MBT).
