Tout au long de son parcours universitaire, la Dre Fletcher a re\u00e7u plusieurs distinctions et bourses en reconnaissance de ses travaux de recherche et de ses r\u00e9sultats scolaires, notamment des bourses du Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines du Canada, du Fonds de recherche soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et culture Qu\u00e9bec et des bourses d\u2019excellence du doyen de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill. Ses travaux de recherche ont \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9s dans des revues scientifiques \u00e9valu\u00e9es par les pairs et elle a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 ses travaux lors de conf\u00e9rences nationales et internationales.\n<h2>Formation et exp\u00e9rience<\/h2>\nLa Dre Fletcher a acquis une vaste exp\u00e9rience clinique gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 divers stages aupr\u00e8s d&#8217;adultes pr\u00e9sentant des probl\u00e8mes vari\u00e9s. Au cours de son stage pr\u00e9-doctoral au Centre universitaire de sant\u00e9 McGill, elle a offert des psychoth\u00e9rapies individuelles et de groupe dans le cadre du programme des troubles de l&#8217;humeur et de l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 ainsi que du programme de pr\u00e9vention et d&#8217;intervention pr\u00e9coce en cas de psychose (PEPP). \u00c0 ces postes, elle a travaill\u00e9 en collaboration avec des \u00e9quipes interdisciplinaires afin d&#8217;offrir des soins complets et coordonn\u00e9s. Elle a \u00e9galement suivi une formation pratique dans des services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s dans les troubles alimentaires et dans des milieux de pratique g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, ce qui a permis de d\u00e9velopper une grande polyvalence aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une client\u00e8le vari\u00e9e et pr\u00e9sentant diff\u00e9rents besoins cliniques.\n<h2>Activit\u00e9 professionnelle<\/h2>\nLa Dre Fletcher exerce actuellement en tant que psychologue \u00e0 la Clinique des troubles bipolaires, au sein du Programme des troubles complexes de l\u2019humeur de l\u2019Institut universitaire en sant\u00e9 mentale Douglas. Elle s\u2019int\u00e9resse tout particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019accompagnement des personnes vivant avec des troubles de l\u2019humeur, d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, de troubles psychotiques, de troubles alimentaires et de troubles de la personnalit\u00e9, ainsi que de celles confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s interpersonnelles, \u00e0 une faible estime de soi, \u00e0 une dysr\u00e9gulation \u00e9motionnelle ou \u00e0 des transitions de vie difficiles. Elle adopte une approche th\u00e9rapeutique int\u00e9grative, s\u2019appuyant sur des modalit\u00e9s fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, notamment la th\u00e9rapie cognitivo-comportementale (TCC), la th\u00e9rapie comportementale dialectique (TCD), la th\u00e9rapie d\u2019acceptation et d\u2019engagement (ACT), la th\u00e9rapie centr\u00e9e sur la compassion (CFT) et la th\u00e9rapie bas\u00e9e sur la mentalisation (MBT). Son style th\u00e9rapeutique est centr\u00e9 sur la personne, collaboratif et adapt\u00e9 aux besoins uniques de chaque individu.
