Dr. Orlando holds a Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Concordia University and a Certificate in Neuropsychology from the University of Montreal.
Training & Experiences
Dr. Orlando has undergone extensive clinical training at prestigious neuropsychology centers, such as the Jewish General Hospital and the Montreal Neurological Hospital. During his time there, he gained significant experience working with adult populations, specializing in conditions including multiple sclerosis, motor/parkinsonian disorders, epilepsy, and cognitive issues related to aging, such as cognitive decline and dementia. He has also handled numerous cases of acquired brain injuries, including those resulting from brain tumors and traumatic brain injuries. Additionally, Dr. Orlando has conducted various legal assessments, focusing on evaluating an individual’s capacity to participate in specific legal processes.
Current Work
Since graduating in 2021, Dr. Orlando has expanded his practice into the private sector, where he now provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for older children, teenagers, and adults. His current caseload primarily addresses academic delays and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Dr. Orlando’s evaluation approach combines developmental history, affective symptoms, and current concerns with assessment findings to ensure the most accurate diagnoses.
