Education & Credentials

Audrey is in the final stages of her Doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology at McGill University. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from McGill University (2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Specialization) from Concordia University (2019). Throughout her academic journey, Audrey has been recognized for her research and academic achievements, receiving several awards and scholarships, including the Social Sciences Humanities and Research Council of Canada Doctoral Fellowship and the Wilfrid Éthier award. She has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and has presented her work at both national and international research conferences.

Training & Experiences

Audrey has cultivated valuable clinical experience through a range of practicum placements, working with adolescents and adults facing diverse concerns. During her pre-doctoral internship at the McGill University Health Centre, Audrey developed and facilitated group therapies and provided individual therapy within the Mood and Anxiety and Day Hospital programs. She collaborated closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, ensuring that clients received comprehensive care. In addition to her clinical work, Audrey is deeply passionate about mentorship, having guided junior graduate students through their transition to graduate school and supervised master’s level psychology students. Audrey is a senior OPQ-registered student therapist working under the supervision of licensed psychologists at Elevate Psychotherapy and Wellness Clinic.

Current Work

Audrey’s clinical interests include mood, anxiety, eating, and personality disorders, as well as supporting clients dealing with interpersonal difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional dysregulation, and challenging life transitions. She is especially passionate about guiding clients through self-exploration and personal growth. Audrey takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy. Her therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and always tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Audrey is deeply committed to cultural sensitivity and competence, and she is fluent in both English and French.
