Current Work
Marie provides individual therapy to adults through virtual and in-person sessions. Her approach is collaborative, person-centred, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals.Marie draws from a range of evidence-based approaches, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based interventions. She integrates these approaches flexibly, depending on the concerns and objectives identified collaboratively with each client.
