Carina Ventrone holds a Master of Arts in Yoga Studies with a specialization in Yoga Therapy from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California. She is a Certified Yoga Instructor with more than seven years of experience in the wellness field. Her academic and professional training have equipped her with a deep understanding of the therapeutic and philosophical foundations of yoga, as well as their application in emotional health and well-being.

Throughout her career, Carina has cultivated expertise as a Trauma-Informed Yoga Educator and Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) Facilitator. Her work focuses on empowering individuals—particularly youth—to develop tools for stress management, self-awareness, and emotional regulation. With a teaching philosophy grounded in mindfulness and compassion, she emphasizes the use of breath as a powerful vehicle for self-transformation and healing. Current Work
As a Clinical Care Coordinator at Elevate Psychotherapy and Wellness Clinic, Carina brings her trauma-informed lens and wellness background to client care. She is often the first point of contact for new clients, providing a warm, supportive presence as she helps individuals navigate their first steps toward therapy. Carina is committed to fostering connection, balance, and emotional well-being—values that guide both her clinical coordination work and her broader mission as a yoga educator.
