Pediatric Sleep Consulting

Pediatric sleep consulting helps children build healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits while supporting the whole family’s well-being. By addressing challenges such as bedtime struggles, frequent night wakings, short or skipped naps, and schedule transitions, families receive clear, personalized strategies tailored to their child’s temperament and parenting style. This guidance not only improves children’s mood, focus, and development but also reduces parental stress and fatigue, creating consistent routines that can be maintained long-term.

We can help with concerns such as

  • Frequent night wakings
  • Difficulty settling
  • Reliance on rocking or feeding to fall asleep
  • Short or skipped naps
  • Bedtime resistance
  • Schedule transitions
  • Co-sleeping challenges
  • Early rising
  • Temporary disruptions related to travel or routine changes

We offer two Pediatric Sleep Consulting packages tailored to your child’s developmental stage, one for babies (4–24 months) and one for older children, so families receive age-appropriate guidance and strategies that best support healthy sleep habits.

Little Dreamers Program (Babies: 4 to 24 months)

This program is tailored for families with babies aged 4-24 months who are experiencing sleep difficulties, including trouble settling, frequent night wakings, or challenges with naps.

What’s included:

  • A 75-minute consultation with Marie-Pierre Gosselin to assess your child’s sleep patterns and identify strategies that fit your family’s needs.
  • A customized sleep plan with clear, step-by-step guidance.
  • Unlimited online support during the first four days of implementation, using a sleep log to track progress and answer your questions.
  • A follow-up call to review next steps and help maintain healthy sleep routines.

Little Sleepers Program (Children: 2 years old and up)

This program is designed for families with young children experiencing sleep challenges such as bedtime resistance, long settling times, frequent night wakings, nighttime fears, or early morning rising.

What’s included:

  • A 75-minute consultation with Marie-Pierre Gosselin to review your child’s sleep patterns and identify strategies suited to your family.
  • A customized sleep plan with clear, step-by-step guidance.
  • A sleep log to track progress during implementation.
  • Two 30-minute follow-up sessions (roughly 1-2 weeks apart) to review progress, adjust the plan if needed, and support lasting healthy sleep habits.
